ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Develop & oversee implementation of marketing strategies & initiatives
• Develop annual marketing plan & budget
• Build & execute integrated marketing campaigns to support new product launches
• Develop & implement programs & promotions designed to increase sales
• Develop marketing materials, tools, communications & training.
• Monitor & evaluate marketing & sales activities.
• Respond to sales inquires & requests
• Participate in key industry trade shows & associations
  

Specific work experience and job requirements for this position:

• 5+ years of Marketing Management experience
• 5+ years of experience in building products, home building or other areas related to the home
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong decision making skills
• Strong presentation skills
• 15-20% Travel required
