Kichler Lighting a leader in interior and exterior decorative lighting, landscape
lighting and ceiling fans. Kichler products are available through authorized independent
lighting showrooms, electrical distributors, procurement companies, irrigation distributors and
select e-retailers
Primary duties:
- Monitor websites & activities to ensure terms of sales agreements are adhered to, specially
IMAP-Internet Minimum Average Price.
- Audit IMAP activity, investigate, contact, & work to resolve IMAP complaints or
non-compliance
- Reporting & Analysis of e-commerce channel, competitors (websites, linking functionality,
promos & features), sales-(profitability, revenue by category), promotions, e-retailers &
trends.
- Coordinate and monitor e-commerce promotions–assist in development, maintain calendar, product
placement, site updates, gather relevant data, distribute to info to channel & track
results.
- Manage E-commerce registry
- Assist E-Commerce Manager in driving the e-commerce business goals and initiatives
- Potential assignment to select account responsibility based on growth and need
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 3 to 5 yrs of e-commerce experience-sales &/or marketing. Lighting similar experience a
plus.
- Must be knowledgeable of e-commerce concepts and practices, especially social media
- Analyzing and interpreting data, multi-tasking, project management, creative, strong
organizational skills, problem solving, ability to meet deadlines, flexible & able to adopt to
changing timelines
- Good judgment, personable, analytical, detail oriented, strong written and verbal communication
skills, ability to follow through on tasks and report results, present information in a clear,
comprehensive manner, establish & maintain strong working relationships
