Finding and Ordering Product



Q:  How do I search for products on your site?
A:  There are three different ways to search for products on the site: (1) Click "Products" on the left side of the top navigation bar, and start narrowing your selection from there.  (2) Select a Type, Style, or Room from the left navigation bar, and narrow your results from there.  (3) Type a word or phrase in the Search box in the upper right corner to tell us exactly what you are looking for.




QWhy do I need to select a Dealer?
A:   Kichler wants to provide you with the best overall experience. Kichler maintains a distribution chain of the best, most qualified lighting showrooms across the country.  They can be of great assistance in helping you find a local contractor / installer as well as other issues of local concern. 




Q:  Why should I register?
A:  When you register, you will be able process future orders quickly and efficiently. You will also have the ability to log in and view past orders as well as do order tracking.




QHow do I track an order I have already placed?
A:  To track an order, you need to have set up an account with Kichler.com.  If you have an account simply click on the 'My Account' tab and login. After logging in go to View Order Status, then simply click on you order number for complete details on your order.
