Kichler Lighting, the Premium Choice for decorative lighting, ceiling fans and landscape
lighting as well as a leader in energy-efficient LED technology, is launching an exciting and new
paid sales training program, Bright Light.
This 26-week program will teach valuable selling skills to a select group of trainees. The
training program focuses on the residential and light commercial lighting industry and presents
successful participants with a variety of opportunities:
- Sales Representative for one of our established agencies
- Independent Sales Representative with your own business
- Factory Sales Representative with Kichler directly
The majority of the training will take place at our Kichler’s Corporate Headquarters located in
Independence, Ohio - just south of Cleveland. Participants must be willing to relocate to an
assigned territory upon completion of the training. Participants’ location preferences or
current location will be taken into consideration.
This paid training program will provide you with a roadmap for success which includes a
combination of in-house and field training. Participants will be paid a salary of $35k to $45K,
healthcare benefits during training and assistance with locating temporary housing during and after
training. It’s not uncommon for a Kichler Sales Rep over a period of time to earn in excess of
$100,000 per year.
Upon successful completion of our Bright Light program participants will be partnered with
one of our Regional Sales Managers and assigned to an established US territory.
