An Eclectic Mix Leads Westwood Lamps
Latest Release Offers Several Looks and New Use

CLEVELAND—July 27, 2006—More than 80 products make up the new release of portable lighting from Westwood Collections by Kichler Lighting. Floor and table lamps that range from casually chic to formally functional will find a place in a variety of spaces and décor styles in the home.

More for outdoors - Westwood expands its collection of outdoor table and floor lamps and partners with Sunbrella® brand fabrics, which are stain, fade and mildew resistant. New styles range from a tree-inspired design with brown bark finish, to rustic looks, featuring distressed black bases with ceramic and burnished copper accents. All lamps for outdoor use are U.L.-listed for wet locations.

Table and floor lamps featuring apothecary-style drawers - Dark chocolate wood table and floor lamps, with khaki-linen hard-back shades, feature mini-drawers sized-right for storing life’s little treasures. A 10-drawer and six-drawer table lamp is offered, and to coordinate, a six-drawer and 12-drawer mini-chest complete the look and provide additional storage space.

A new twist on floor lamps with trays - The contemporary collection features floor lamps in distressed black or brushed nickel with glass trays stacked like shelves and paired to swivel—perfect for situating between two seating areas. White linen shading accompanies for a crisp, clean look.

Simple iron in unique shapes - Bronze-finished table, accent and floor lamps introduce unusual silhouettes with marble accents, featuring creative shades that highlight texture and pattern. Shades include a camel-textured soft and hard back; a mottled-paper oval and rectangular hard back, and an oatmeal linen with black and cocoa highlights. Burnished Copper lamps with insets of airy amber glass also are featured in this category, creating a warm, yet modern aesthetic.

Painted porcelain - A collection of 14 hand-painted porcelain table lamps focus on bold colors in geometric patterns and feature chamois and blonde sueded shades. Hand-painted accessories, such as a decorative bowl, charger with stand, and decorative jar with lid, accompany to match select designs.

A blend of chrome, crystal, lucite and glass - This mix of materials creates a fresh, urban collection and features an ice glass table lamp with an internal night light; a clear water cylindrical base; a chrome and ribbed glass base; and lucite and crystal in a linear base. All feature white linen shading.

Casual for the coast or country - A weathered, white wood collection features vanilla linen hard back shading with apricot flecks. A 12-drawer mini-chest rounds out the group.
