My wife recently purchased one of your lamps online and upon assembling it, I must
have lost one of the screws to finish the assembly.
I sent an email to your tech support team on a Saturday night and by Monday they had
responded....
It's a bit old-fashioned to write a note like this, but quite simply, I don't think
companies deliver this kind of quality customer service any more. We love our Kichler lamp
