Kichler has a Supplier Agreement in place with all its suppliers that outlines workplace standards and includes benchmarks on forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, hours of work, wages and benefits, health and safety, and others. Kichler requires that affiliated companies and the factories they source from sign a declaration annually that they abide by the Supplier Agreement Code of Conduct and Business Practices as well as this Transparency in Supply Chains Act Policy.Kichler provides company employees and management with responsibility for supply chain management training on mitigating the risk of human trafficking and slavery and maintains internal accountability for employees and contractors who fail to meet Kichler’s company standards. Kichler will continue to take corrective action with its non-complying employees, contractors and suppliers up to and including termination of Kichler purchases and employment. Kichler employees make unannounced audits of suppliers to evaluate their adherence to company standards on slavery and human trafficking.
