How about a statement piece that stands all on its own? Whether making a fresh update to a traditional-styled home, or finding a clean, sleek piece to inspire a modern room, look to Kichler’s newest lamp collections for a variety of shapes, styles and finishes to complement a wide range of tastes. With mercury glass, mid-century modern and illuminated lamp bases addressed in its new collections, Kichler explores other new horizons by mixing warm and cool-colored tones; using rubbed, distressed and layered finishes to create more interest in traditional-styled pieces; and getting whimsical with Key West, floral and animal prints. New additions include: Gorgeous Glass Dagmar – With milky white bases and white linen shades, the two Dagmar glass table lamps, one tall and slender and the other oversized and rounded, represent mid-century modern at its finest. Versatile, classic and timeless, these lamps can be used almost anywhere as a matching pair or stand-alone accents. Soleil – Antique mercury glass is re-invented again and on-trend in every way with Kichler’s Soleil table lamp. The globe-shaped body features hammered Antique Mercury Glass and a round linen shade with a one-inch trim. Glass Column – This modern, oversized table lamp with its glass column base commands attention. The black shade features a silver lining and outside trim for added richness. Oversized lamps such as this one are great in grand living spaces with high ceilings, or placed on large end tables. Trivet – Additions to Kichler’s strong-selling family, the two new Trivet table lamps showcase illuminated bases. The natural beech finished-base is highlighted with aqua textured glass inserts accented by stacked circles of Brushed Nickel. A Medium Walnut finish with Antique Brass accents and neutral-colored etched glass is also available. Both Trivet lamps sport a linen rectangular shade treatment. Herringbone – A glass column base with etched herringbone detailing is the highlight of this traditional table lamp, which is accented by a Polished Nickel base and round linen hardback shade. LED Desk Lamp – Kichler introduces another addition to its popular line of LED desk lamps. This LED lamp features bent amber glass in a sleek, modern design. Incorporating LED chips using 70% less electricity than incandescent bulbs, it offers energy-savings with the convenience of never having to switch a bulb. Island Retreat St. Kitts – Tropical breezes belong in the company of this hand-painted, island-Colonial porcelain table lamp. A palm leaf motif is featured on the cylindrical base, topped with a black-trimmed linen shade. Caymen – This hand-painted porcelain lamp will get homeowners dreaming of tropical islands with its leaf and floral detailing over a clean, white background. Complemented by a soft white shade with a black soutache trim, this table lamp will excite guests with the feeling of the tropics. Maeve – Add some fun to any room with a pop of color from Kichler’s Maeve table lamp, featuring a dusty eggplant hue. A linen softback shade flows with the easygoing Hawaiian hibiscus flowers surrounding the vase-shaped body. Baringo – It’s time for a safari! Animal prints are moving away from snake and crocodile looks to zebras and giraffes. This fun, fresh accent lamp has a linen shade with giraffe-print lining. When the lamp is turned on, the giraffe print shines through. The giraffe pattern on the base is finished in russet brown. Rosario – Clean and simple lines with interesting designs are at the center of the trend in cage-like looks. This table lamp resembles a metal birdcage with a Blackened Mahogany finish. Also adding to its sophisticated design is an off-white linen shade with a black soutache trim. Corbel – Inspired by classic column architecture, this hand-finished decorative accent lamp features acanthus leaf detailing and a rectangular textured linen shade with black soutache trim. It is ideal for the foyer, bedroom or wherever accent lighting is needed. Amelia – Traditional style is making a comeback, but not in the traditional way. The Amelia table and buffet lamps feature a burnished silver finish with gold highlights. The stunning oval and circular designs with gently curving accents give the pair an updated traditional feel. Complete Lamp Families Darian – A floor, table and desk lamp are included in the Darian family. Each lamp features a simple, architectural design with warm silver tones in a Champagne Mist finish and a hardback rectangular linen shade. A convenient on and off switch is located at the base of the table lamp. Burnet – Swing arms and cog accents at the top of each lamp create an architectural feel for this updated, casual traditional family. The simple design of the floor, desk and table lamps is complemented by a linen shade and Brushed Copper Bronze finish. The desk lamp features a practical convenience outlet for charging electronics. Gwynham –This traditional collection includes a torchiere, console, floor and oversized table lamp. The classic design features beige marbled glass.
